Ingredients

- Potatoes (cubed): 3 cups
- Carrots (sliced): 2 cups
- Onion (diced): 1 cup
- Beef broth: 4 cups
- Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
- Garlic (minced): 2 cloves
- Thyme: 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper: To taste
Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese
- Elbow macaroni (uncooked): 16 oz
- Cheddar cheese (shredded): 2 cups
- Monterey Jack cheese (shredded): 1 cup
- Evaporated milk: 2 cans (12 oz each)
- Milk: 2 cups
- Butter (melted): ½ cup
- Salt and pepper: To taste
Instructions
Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
- Pour salsa and chicken broth over the top.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and serve in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Crockpot Beef Stew
- Add all ingredients to the crockpot and stir to combine.
