Ingredients
Scale
- 1 medium cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower and toss again until evenly coated.
- Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure the pieces are spread out to ensure they crisp up evenly.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
- If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of roasting for added flavor.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can experiment with other seasonings like cumin, chili powder, or nutritional yeast for a different flavor profile.
- For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the cauliflower with cooking spray before roasting.
- These crisps are best served fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat in the oven to restore their crispness.
